Dimitris villas are located in the southern part of Cephallonia,

Leivathos region , in the village of Spartia. In an area of four acres are four villas each of with is independent.

in a quiet environment. Each villa has a large kichen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. If needed a crib for infant can be placed.
The kichen has a dining area, refrigerator, fully equipped with electric appliances,iron,pots pans,dishes everything needed.
There is an opening chair in the kichen that a fifth person can sleep. We ensure you a plesant and confortable stay.

Villas can accommodate up to five persons. The houses are raised from the ground with covered verandas, air conditioning and heating, television in each house.
